Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, but most countries require credential recognition. For details, see our Credential Recognition Guide. University of Zimbabwe, NUST, and other accredited Zimbabwean university degrees are recognised by WES (Canada), NARIC (UK), and AEI-NOOSR (Australia). Regulated professions (nursing, engineering, accounting) require additional professional registration in the destination country.

You can still emigrate. General employment permits are available in most countries for any skilled occupation, though they may require a labour market test (proving no local worker is available). Canada's Express Entry does not require your job to be on any list. The UK General Skilled Worker visa covers any role at RQF Level 6+ with GBP 38,700+ salary. Consider upskilling in high-demand areas to improve your prospects.
