Requirements

  • Job offer in a specialty occupation (requires at least a bachelor's degree)
  • US employer willing to sponsor and file petition

Process

  1. Employer files Labor Condition Application (LCA) with DOL
  2. Employer submits H-1B petition (Form I-129) to USCIS
